The idea for Rock Your Resume came about by simply helping a friend with her resume. With the goal of making each resume unique, Rock Your Resume looked at the state of the hiring market and came to a conclusion: Everyone works hard for their accomplishments, they should be prominent and VISIBLE. When everyone comes out of college with the same degrees, the same awards, what makes everyone different? In the hiring world, you have less than 15 seconds on that resume to catch someone’s eye.
