Rock YOUR Resume

How does this work?
After you submit your information and a copy of your current resume, ROCK YOUR RESUME will deliver a Draft PDF version of your resume. You have up to 72 hours to respond by email to the draft version, specifying your desired changes to the preliminary design. ROCK YOUR RESUME will then make the requested changes and resubmit the resume to you for approval. This process may be repeated in accordance with the number of Redesigns as specified by which Design Package you purchased.

When the redesign process is complete, or when the number of redesigns associated with your design package has been exhausted, ROCK YOUR RESUME will deliver the final work product to you via email in PDF format.

Does Rock Your Resume help with the text or wording in my resume?
Currently, we only work on the design of resumes. We plan in the future to be able to help with the wording and content of your resume with our service (gr)Advice

Do you give a finished resume or just a template?
The finished resume we send you is a PDF version of your complete resume redesigned.

What if I want to change something or update my resume content?
Regardless of which package is selected, please come back to us for help updating and editing your resume. All resumes are kept on file as a reference for future updates.

Can I get different resume versions done at the same time?
Yes, our Triple Resume Design Package gives you the same design elements on up to 3 different resumes. For example, if you have 3 different forms of your resume for different job positions you are applying to, we will use the same design elements for the different resumes and tailor of the smaller aspects of the designs for each version.

How long does it take?
10 days is the general turn around time or you can pay for our rush service. If you are in a rush and opt to pay for the rush service, we will give you a draft version of your redesigned resume within 48 hours.

How much does this cost?

What if I don’t like it?
We will do everything we can according to the package you purchase to deliver a wonderfully redesigned resume. If we are unable to meet your expectations, we cannot refund you for all the hard work we put into trying to meet your standards.

Do you “own” the design of my resume?
Yes we do. It is reviewed and explained in the Rock Your Resume Service Agreement when you are making your package purchase.

What happens if I don’t get hired?
Rock Your Resume does not guarantee the success of finding you a job. We leave that up to you. We have offered our service to many people in the past who have found jobs and been given great feedback on their resume. Sadly at times people have not been able to land that dream job with our resume, we do spend as much time and effort on everyone’s resume across the board, there is no design discrimination.

Do you offer any career help after redesigning my resume?
Not at this time but as Rock Your Resume grows, we hope to develop a network of professionals who will be able to help all our customers by offering advice or other areas of help.
